We educate and develop future leaders through training, mentoring, and capacity-building programs for landowners, women, youth, college students, and communities.
Mentorship
KTM Services Unlimited, Inc. will assist individuals and groups by conducting a series of one-on-one consultations to determine appropriate approaches for their level of understanding of market strategies, product labeling and packaging, and others. This approach gives them a specialized and holistic approach to creating solutions for their problems.
Capacity Building
KTM Services Unlimited, Inc. develops and strengthens farmers’ instincts, abilities, knowledge and skills to improve their farms through online modules, face-to-face consultation, training, and workshops. Through this program, we inspire them to take actions for success. We also have sessions to get technical assistance in all aspects of managing their farms, especially in the financial aspect. It is easier said than done, but through the capacity-building program, we want them to realize that it can be done.
Community Building
KTM Services Unlimited, Inc. holds various workshops, webinars, on-farm demonstrations, etc. to connect and bring resources to local communities. We also host promotional events where farmers can boost their income and have opportunities to market their products to local communities.
